I have spent more than 20 years leading teams in complex corporate environments – and it has become clear to me that every team and organization must have clarity on their purpose in order to accomplish their goals.
Everyone wants to succeed – both personally and professionally. But how do we define success? That is a question each of us must answer individually and as a team. Without clear targets, goals, and definitions of success, we may become distracted or focus our efforts on lower priority activities.
In recent years, I have developed a strong passion for supporting small organizations and non-profits in their pursuit of excellence. Often that begins with clearly defining a vision and creating targets for yourself or your team. It may also include tackling unique or difficult challenges that you are currently facing within your own organization. I am confident that no challenge is too difficult to overcome with a clear plan and manageable goals and I look forward to helping you craft a roadmap toward success!

My journey began in the corporate world where I worked on emerging technology initiatives. Then, after leaving corporate life for a position in public service, I found myself in transition. For the first time in my life, I did not know what was next. My future was unclear. It was an unsettling time and I knew I needed someone to come alongside me to help me gain clarity. So, I reached out to a coach.
Over the next several months, my coach and I explored my strengths and motivations, and used a tool called a LifePlan to clarify my life purpose and create a plan that would allow me to move into that purpose. It was a completely transformative process and I fell in love with coaching. From there, change happened pretty quickly. I was so clear on my path forward and I had a plan in place to push me in the right direction.
My purpose was to become a coach myself to help others gain clarity, ignite their purpose and impact their world.
Over the past several years, I have worked with hundreds of business owners, corporate and network marketing professionals, stay at home moms, ministry leaders, and youth to help them on the road to gain clarity in their own lives. From strengths coaching to LifePlan facilitation to corporate team engagements to career transition, I have had the pleasure of accompanying the most wonderful people on their journey for clarity and impact.
